Based on our professional adjustment, we suggested the client upgraded the design of the exterior walls,  gardens,  bathroom, and kitchen to add value and to differentiate the houses with other nearby residential projects.  As a result, the sales time was greatly shortened compared with the neighborhood projects/houses.
